Christine’s love of fitness started at a very young age. She always enjoyed being active & playing outside as a kid. Throughout her teenage years, you could find her involved in team sports like softball, cheerleading & volleyball. In her early 20’s, Christine discovered strength training & began working out as a lifestyle. Today, her clients describe her workouts as fun, creative & effective.
Christine services clients in Manhattan and Northwestern Queens (LIC, Astoria, Sunnyside and surrounding neighborhoods). Having trained over 12k personal training sessions, she is recognized as a Master Personal Trainer. With her extensive hours or training & teaching thousands of classes, Christine is also a registered E-RYT 500 instructor recognized with Yoga Alliance. She runs a successful health & wellness business offering personal training, bootcamp, yoga, self-massage, nutrition programs, is the author of “Reshape Your Health” & is considered to be a leading fitness professional in the health & wellness industry.
