Quick Eats - Vibrant Cauliflower

With just a few simple ingredients you can create a new twist to what can be a somewhat boring veggie: cauliflower.


  • 1 head of cauliflower – chopped
  • 1 1/2 t turmeric
  • 1-2 T olive oil
  • handful of cilantro – chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 375. Toss all ingredients in a bowl to evenly coat the cauliflower. Put cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Toss half way through. Serve with chopped cilantro on top!
